Jeremy and Paul from Restoring Homes did exactly that to our house!!
They painted the very tired main structure of the house including some repairs to blown rendering where needed, rubbed down and painted and stained all window frames and sills and even added a clear preserve to the oak beams, even clearing some of the gutters as well.
The attention to detail and quality of finish was simply amazing, and equally important if not more so to some people they were extremely amiable and we felt extremely comfortable having them at our property for just over a week.
Would thoroughly recommend in a heartbeat.
